Terms & Conditions
Children:
Reduced rates apply when sharing with adults. Under 9 years @ 50% and 9 - 14 years @ 75% of adult rates.
Parking:
Parking is free in The Poplars car park. Please leave your car keys at the Reception if you are going out and leaving your car.
Deposit:
£25 per person is required to confirm a booking, with the balance payable on arrival. Deposits can be taken by credit/debit card over the telephone.
Cheques:
Payment is accepted by cheque on the production of a Bank Cheque Card for a sum not more than £100. All cheques should be made payable to the Poplars Hotel.
Credit Cards:
PLEASE NOTE that all payments made by credit card will incur a 2% surcharge to cover costs incurred by the poplars in processing the card. There is no surcharge for payment by Debit Card.
